This is the main website of the EEG Institute in California, USA. The EEG institute was founded by Sue and Siegfried Othmer, the pioneers of ILF neurofeedback, and their team's clinical work at the Institute informs the ongoing development of the Othmer method of Neurofeedback.
The history of the Othmer Method is a fascinating story in itself, and indeed you can only really understand where the method ended up if you understand what came before. The evolution of neurofeedback methods has been driven primarily through and empirical process of discovering 'what works' for the most challenging cases.
